1.COMPANY DATA
Ampurdan Bus is engaged in regular and charter trasnport of travelers, mainly nationally but also internationally.
The company was founded in 1900.
Nowadays, Ampurdan Bus, has the rights of the line between Figueres and Vilajuïga (Vilamaniscle, Garriguella, Vilajuïga, Pedret i Marzà, Delfià, Rabós, Mollet de Peralada, Espolla, St. Climent de Sescebes, Capmany, Masarac, Vilarnadal, Vilanova, Peralada, Cabanes i Vilabertran.)
Our company has a quality management system and the environment certificate according to those standards:

  • UNE – EN 13816:03
  • The company has an environmental management system but not certified

One of the mainly challenges of Ampurdan Bus is that passengers of our lines have all the possible comodities. (Good service, good buses...).

For any doubts, you can call us at +34 972 50 23 83 from 08.00 h am to 13.00 h pm and from 15.00 h pm to 18.00 h on working days.

For the advanced reservation of places is necessary:

  • People with reduced mobility notify 2 days in advance.
  • Elderly groups, notifying a day in advance.

4.RULES
Our company has basic rules, as well as the regulation transport.

 

 

COMPANY
The company promises to:

  • Treat their passengers on respect.
  • Not to exceed the legal number of passengers on our buses.
  • Drop off passengers so close to the curb as possible.
  • Drivers must be puntual, responsibles...
  • Felicitate change in the payments made with up to 20 € on board of the bus tickets.
  • To dispose of vehicles adapted to customers with reduced mobility in regular line, please notice 48hours advance for using this service.
  • The average age of vehicles that perform regular line service will have a maximum of 7 years.
  • To day 10.12.16 the age of half of our regular line fleet is 7 years, and the more old is 12 years.
  • On date 11 January 2010 our antiquity of vehicles on regular lines is of 4,5 years.
  • If Ampurdan Bus has a delay exceeding 15 minutes (if it is not for a major cause), we will give the money of the ticket back.
  • Our company has vehicles in reserve if there is any breakdown or daly.

PASSENGERS 

      • All passengers must have a ticket that can be purchased at the office, at the driver, in all councils of every village, and the payments will always be done in cash in the places mentioned above.
      • It is obligatory to use seat-bealts.
      • Those under 10 cannot get on the bus unless accompanied by an adult.
      • Strollers will be on the boot.
      • In short trips it is prohibited:
      • Drinking
      • Smoking
      • Eating
      • Shouting.
      • Any passenger who is a danger to others won’t be able to take the bus. 
      • Animals are not allowed, only guide dogs.
      • Those under 4 won’t pay the ticket on regular lines.
      • The tickets can only be payed in cash.
      • There are travel cards for 10 journeys; the price depends on the destination.
      • Travel cards will be valid for a year.
