Quality and Environmental Policy

Ampurdan Bus S.L. is a company dedicated to passenger transport for over 100 years. Our motto, now and always, is: the customer first, our goal, to please them, our desire, for them to feel comfortable with us, our hope, to have achieved it. We strive to accomplish this through our quality and environmental policy:

  • We commit to the continuous improvement of processes involved in passenger transport services, through the analysis of the context and the needs of stakeholders, in order to increase customer satisfaction and improve environmental development.
  • We commit to protecting the environment, including preventing pollution and reducing, as much as possible, the environmental impact of our activities, respecting the surroundings, and minimizing resource consumption.
  • We stay informed about the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to us and commit to compliance, promoting necessary actions to ensure that our activities align with current legislation and sectoral regulations.
  • We train and raise awareness among our staff regarding quality and customer service, making them responsible for the proper execution of their tasks.
  • We ensure that this policy is known and understood within our company by all employees, made available to the public, and supported with the necessary resources for compliance.

 

To fulfill our policy, we will set objectives from which we will develop concrete actions for the improvement of the company.
